Tom Young

Tom completed his Masters of Architecture and Construction Management degree with Honours at Deakin University, Geelong. It was during his time at University that Tom began his research on sustainable design and construction, namely under the tutorage of Dr Phillip Roos.

After working with the award winning architecture Sunshine Coast firm Robinson Architects, Tom worked for SPACEbuilt (Sustainable Practice in Architecture, Construction and Engineering) in the Byron Shire. Tom uses his hands on experience in building and construction management to create buildings that have a deep sensitivity to materials and construction techniques, bridging the gap between architecture and the building industry.
